Originating in 16th-century Cuba, the Mojito is today one of the world's most-ordered cocktails. The original formula, known as "El Draque," evolved over centuries into the version we know now. Why the Ingredients Matter
The difference between a great Mojito and an ordinary one comes down to a few critical points. The lime is squeezed at the moment of order, never from a bottle. The white rum is clean and lightly fruity — strong enough to provide structure without overwhelming the other flavours.
